Trees - Our Specialty
Flowering, Fruit, Shade, Evergreen - Our inventory includes flowering ornamental, shade, evergreen, fruit and citrus trees. Over 100 species and varieties of trees - from Albizia to Redwood to Zelkova.
Our trees are sold in containers so they are available for planting all year long. Most trees are sold in # 15 size containers, some are available in 24 inch tubs. Occasionally small, young trees are available in a # 5 size container.
Fruit Trees - Fruit trees are displayed in a specific section of the nursery so you may easily select the right tree for your yard.
We grow semi-dwarf fruit trees suitable for this climate zone. Apples, Apricots, Figs, Nectarines, Peaches, Pears, Persimmons and Plums. Fruit trees are planted in # 7 and #15 size containers, so they are available all year. Our trees are well-rooted, large caliper trees -- many already bearing fruit in the container!
Citrus - We carry both dwarf and standard size citrus trees. If we do not have the variety you are looking for in stock, we can add it to our next order.
Patio Trees - We have a nice selection of Patio Trees; small trees and/or large shrubs, pruned to a single trunk. Patio Trees accommodate small spaces in a garden or can be planted into a decorative container to grow on your deck or patio.
Shrubs
Basic landscape favorites, as well as unusual varieties of evergreen, deciduous and ornamental shrubs are all available. You will also discover special use shrubs such as:
- Ground Cover Shrubs - low growing, spreading, evergreen shrubs to cover slopes and banks, for erosion control, or as a lawn replacement and substitute.
- Hedges and Screens - Shrubs for screening an unsightly view or defining a specific area. Select a fast growing variety, a drought tolerant variety, or a deer resistant variety.

Ornamental Grasses
We have a large section dedicated to ornamental grasses. This display provides easy viewing and selection of the many species and varieties of ornamental grasses.
Because many varieties are drought tolerant, ornamental grasses are becoming popular as lawn substitutes. They are valued as well as low maintenance additions to a perennial border and as accents in containers.
Available in # 1, # 2, and somtimes in # 5 size containers, occasionally available in 4 inch.
Vines & Climbers
Wisteria - We offer large, grafted wisteria vines. Grafted wisteria bloom more reliably than seedling vines and bloom when the plant is younger. Seedling wisteria can take several years to flower, while our grafted wisteria usually bloom in the container! Available in # 15 containers.
Vines - Many species of vines, including climbing roses.
Perennials, Ornamental Herbs, Iris and Bulbs
We grow many varieties of perennials and ornamental herbs, such as sage and lavender. Perennials and ornamental herbs are available all year in 4 inch, # 1, and # 2 size containers.
Our large selection of lavender varieties are displayed independently so customers can easily pick their favorite color, height, and foliage.
Certified Organic Vegetables & Herbs
Our grower is certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers and USDA.
Herbs and vegetables are available year round, although specific availability changes with the seasons.
Sold in 6 packs, 2 inch and 4 inch pots.

Grape vines - Available in # 5 size containers for a surprisingly reasonable price. We stock table grapes suitable for eating.
Berries - Blueberries, Loganberries, Raspberries, Strawberries - availability varies by season. Strawberries are sold in 6 packs and 4 inch pots.
Roses
As we could not possibly carry every rose, our rose selection focuses on:
- Grade # 1 Rose stock which is well branched and well rooted,
- disease resistant varieties that are easy to grow,
- climbing roses to use against a fence, wall or to cover a trellis,
- ground cover and landscape roses that are low growing, long blooming, requiring little maintenance
- Of course we also have the all time favorites, such as Mr. Lincoln and Just Joey.
